Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of people managers overseeing global Technical Account Managers (TAMs)
  • Drive alignment between TAM efforts and broader Customer Success, Product, and Sales strategies
  • Develop and execute playbooks for customer adoption, expansion, and value realization
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture roles, with at least 3 years in people leadership
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams focused on technical adoption and account growth
  • Deep understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and process-oriented with a data-driven approach to performance and customer impact
