Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure optimal use of the platform for Premium accounts
- Establish frameworks for assessing and improving the technical health of Premium accounts
- Engage with customers during critical technical projects and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical support, solution architecture, or technical account management roles, with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in platform or integration-heavy SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of AI architecture concepts relevant to enterprise customers
- Proven ability to build scalable frameworks for consistent technical value delivery
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making
