Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure optimal use of the platform for Premium accounts

  • Engage with customers during critical technical projects and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in technical support, solution architecture, or technical account management roles, with 5+ years in leadership

  • Strong understanding of AI architecture concepts relevant to enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to build scalable frameworks for consistent technical value delivery
