Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Director of Technical Account Management will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention while driving product adoption in a remote or Chicago-based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring their success with the platform
- Develop strategies for client onboarding and support to maximize product utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in technical account management or a similar client-facing role
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets
- Experience in developing and executing client success strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
