Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams, implementing performance management and fostering a culture of accountability
• Oversee daily operations of technical departments to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs
• Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and track KPIs to optimize operational performance

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of technical operations experience in an MSP or IT services environment
• Strong leadership experience in a multi-team technical setting
• Expert-level knowledge of ConnectWise PSA and RMM tools
• Deep understanding of operational workflows in an MSP setting
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity fundamentals
