- Oversee daily operations of the support team, including ticket triage and process improvement
- Act as the top-tier escalation point for complex technical issues and client interactions
- Develop and maintain documentation, help articles, and coach support team members
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with CRM automation tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N
- Proficient in coding or generating scripts in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience creating help documentation and conducting client-facing meetings
- Experience managing or mentoring a support team of 3 or more
