Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the top-tier escalation point for complex technical issues and client interactions
  • Develop and maintain documentation, help articles, and coach support team members
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
  • Experience with CRM automation tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N
  • Proficient in coding or generating scripts in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
  • Experience creating help documentation and conducting client-facing meetings
  • Experience managing or mentoring a support team of 3 or more
