Director of Technical Operations

Job Summary

Director of Technical Operations is a full-time position responsible for leading hardware program execution from concept to mass production while collaborating across various functions to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware program execution and maintain integrated program plans
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk management
• Establish scalable processes and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hardware product development or technical program management
• Strong AI fluency with experience in building no-code AI workflows and automations
• Proven track record of delivering physical products from concept through mass production
• Deep understanding of manufacturing validation and production ramp processes
• Experience within medical device, digital health, or regulated hardware environments is preferred
