Director of Technical Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Product Management to oversee the product roadmap and enhance the developer experience for its core protocol and developer platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core services including HTS, Smart Contracts/EVM, and Consensus
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to co-author design documents and drive product development
• Translate developer feedback into product requirements and ensure production readiness across releases

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical product thinking in distributed systems, APIs, or blockchain
• Experience operating as a technical peer to senior engineers and architects
• Strong product judgment with the ability to make prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and backend platform design
• Familiarity with open-source product development and community engagement
