Job Summary

Leading the growth of the Technical Product Management organization, the full-time Director of Technical Product Management will refine processes, drive team progress, and foster collaboration across engineering and product teams to deliver industry-leading autonomous commercial vehicle solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Refines technical program management and engineering processes for product delivery
• Drives team progress towards milestones while ensuring clear communication across the organization
• Develops the TPM team by setting direction, supporting growth, and creating a results-driven environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management leadership experience managing other leaders
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle industry
• Experience managing a functional area impacting the entire organization
• Proven ability to develop business plans and operational priorities
• Strategic partnership skills to identify and plan for future organizational needs
