Director of Technical Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Technical Product Managers, the full-time Director of Technical Product Management will develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for billing and payment systems, collaborating closely with IT and Finance teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for billing and payment systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead Agile product teams, applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to deliver complex enterprise financial systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and optimize payment processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering
• Five years of progressive experience in leading digital and billing platforms
• Strong technical acumen with experience in software architecture and feature/user story definitions
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including PCI-DSS and SOX
• Experience in overseeing product strategy and collaborating with IT, Billing, Finance, and Compliance teams
