Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management in software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Technical Program Management team while defining the technical execution strategy across multiple products
• Collaborate with engineering, program, and product management teams to ensure program and product goals are met
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and implement scalable program management frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in technical leadership roles
• BS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven history of leading and scaling technical program/project management teams in a dynamic organization
• Excellent understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Strong examples of proactive risk management and strategic decision-making
