Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management, Digital Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent software development programs, ensuring timely delivery
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on project requirements and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration with 12 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 10 years, or a Ph.D. with 8 years (Computer Science preferred)
• Technical program management experience in software development projects
• Experience in both medical device and digital/tech industries
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile frameworks
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
