Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management for Infrastructure Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year InfraGov strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership
• Lead a team of TPMs to manage cross-organizational programs focused on spend control, efficiency, and vendor management
• Create governance mechanisms and reporting tools to ensure consistent execution and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-organizational technical portfolios
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including cost drivers and reliability trade-offs
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and KPI-based performance management
• Experience building durable operating mechanisms and decision frameworks
