Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management, Pinner Journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior TPMs and ICs on cross-organizational large-scope programs
• Set strategy and vision for the Pinner Journeys & Belonging function, influencing business and regulatory issues
• Drive alignment of resource planning across units and ensure qualified successors for key roles

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in related roles
• 2-5+ years of management experience leading senior teams
• Expertise in building tracking mechanisms for accountability
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
