Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

Driving critical cross-functional priorities, the full-time Director of Technical Program Management will lead high-impact programs within the APEX Strategic Programs organization, utilizing AI tools to enhance program delivery and manage complex new product development initiatives in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, high-visibility cross-functional new product development programs, prioritizing initiatives with significant revenue and market impact
• Translate business objectives into execution strategies, managing technical project planning and delivery from conception to operational transition
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and establish governance frameworks to ensure accountability and optimize program delivery

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for program management and decision-making
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across various functions and geographies
• Expertise in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on execution and operational excellence
