Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

Leading the technical program management function, the full-time remote Director of Technical Program Management will build and manage a team focused on delivering the AI roadmap, ensuring cross-team dependencies are managed effectively and driving change management and adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of technical program managers, establishing standards for program execution
• Own end-to-end delivery of the AI roadmap, including planning, tracking, and shipping initiatives
• Manage cross-team dependencies, identify blockers, and ensure predictable delivery across various teams

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in technical program or delivery management for complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Strong results in change management and user adoption of new technologies
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and understand system architecture
• Experience in leading and developing teams or delivery organizations
