Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Project Managers while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with leadership to define and enhance project management practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee project financial reporting and operational analytics to provide strategic insights for cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable experience or 5+ years with managerial experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of web-based SaaS product development processes and methodologies
• 5+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record in project management
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
