Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the Technical Project Management Team to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develops and implements project management processes and collaborates with department leaders on project prioritization
• Leads all aspects of projects from initiation to closure, including resource identification, cost management, and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in managing technology project offices or program management disciplines
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related IT-focused discipline is required; an MBA is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance teams
• In-depth knowledge of Agile development best practices and familiarity with SDLC tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in developing and implementing new work processes or improvements
