Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Project Managers while establishing strong execution standards
• Own and continuously improve planning and execution processes for Product and Engineering initiatives
• Drive cross-functional planning and execution, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of major initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Technical Project Management or a similar delivery leadership role
• Prior people leadership experience, including direct management and team development
• Proven success in driving complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong command of delivery operations, including resource planning and risk management
• Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools for planning and execution processes
