• Lead EPD hiring operations, utilizing data to drive decisions and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition with expertise in Engineering recruiting
• Proven success in leading Talent Acquisition for Engineering and Product organizations in high-growth SaaS companies
• Experience in scaling Engineering and Product teams globally
• Experience operating at the Director level, setting strategy and leading teams
• Track record of partnering with senior Engineering leadership as an advisor
