Job Summary

Leading the charge in technical recruitment, the remote Director of Technical Recruiting will oversee R&D hiring across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, Security, and IT, while managing a high-performing team and setting strategic hiring initiatives to support organizational growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with technical leaders to develop and implement effective search strategies for scaling departments
  • Leverage metrics to identify gaps in hiring processes and provide proactive solutions while staying updated on tech hiring trends
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing standards and rhythms that enhance the performance of the recruiting team
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience, particularly in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
  • Proven track record of scaling technical organizations and building diverse, inclusive teams
  • Ability to operate as a business partner to senior leaders, using data and market insights to inform strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through structured storytelling
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement in recruiting processes
