Director of Technical Solutions

Job Summary

Leading a team of technical professionals, the full-time remote Director of Technical Solutions will oversee Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering, driving customer outcomes and managing technical consulting services for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop senior technical leaders across multiple disciplines, fostering a customer-first culture
• Define and execute the strategy for Technical Solutions, including service packaging, staffing, and global coverage
• Act as the senior technical sponsor for strategic accounts, managing high-complexity customer situations and partnerships across departments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Marketing Analytics, Data Consulting, or related technical functions
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and modern marketing technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
• Experience building scalable service models and operational frameworks across multiple functions
