Job Summary

Setting the strategic direction for the global technical sales and solution architecture function, the full-time Director of Technical Solutions will manage a remote team, oversee pre-sales technical engagements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic priorities and operational budgets for the Technical Solutions department
• Manage and mentor a global team, fostering high performance and excellence in technical engagements
• Develop and standardize technical presentation assets and oversee the execution of solution architecture design

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical leadership role, including 3+ years in a manager-of-managers capacity
• Demonstrated success in managing global remote teams and architecting solutions for enterprise-level customers
• Subject matter expertise in Offensive Security, including Penetration Testing and Bug Bounty methodologies
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions for executives
• Advanced experience with CRM platforms and technical governance documentation development
