Job Summary

- Define and execute the long-term vision for Technical Support Engineering
- Build and scale a high-performing Technical Support Engineering organization
- Own the strategy and execution of escalation management for complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Technical Support Engineering or similar roles, with 3-5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience building and scaling technical support functions
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex integrations
- Deep working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and debugging methodologies
- Ability to influence and present to senior leadership and enterprise customers
