Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the long-term vision for Technical Support Engineering
  • Build and scale a high-performing Technical Support Engineering organization
  • Own the strategy and execution of escalation management for complex customer issues


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Technical Support Engineering or similar roles, with 3-5+ years in leadership
  • Proven experience building and scaling technical support functions
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex integrations
  • Deep working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and debugging methodologies
  • Ability to influence and present to senior leadership and enterprise customers
