Job Summary
Building a modern and AI-driven technical content and enablement engine, the full-time remote Director of Technical Training will establish the Technical Training team as the authoritative source for all technical education, focusing on developing modular content libraries and customer enablement roadmaps for enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive technical education program for customers and partners, including certification paths and hands-on training
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align technical education initiatives with business objectives and revenue outcomes
- Oversee the integration of training content within the product development cycle to ensure timely delivery of educational resources alongside product updates
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in technical training or customer education within a B2B SaaS or technology company, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team
- Proven experience in building scalable education programs tied to measurable business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Microsoft Cloud background and familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience operating in a dual-motion business model, supporting both direct and channel education initiatives
