Director of Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology to lead innovation efforts and standardize technology solutions across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Innovation Lab to develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes across various technologies
• Collaborate with program leaders to define and implement standardized technology patterns
• Lead solutioning for proposals and support pre-sales activities with demos and prototypes

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in the federal IT sector
• Experience in leading innovation initiatives and creating solutions for federal clients
• Proven success in delivering solutions in Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, and Cloud Platforms
• Strong collaboration skills with delivery and capture teams to enhance contract value
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
