Director of Technology

Job Summary

Directing the organization and performance of functional areas, the full-time remote Director of Technology will oversee business activities, establish strategies for service delivery, and communicate goals for cross-functional teams while maintaining a high standard of professional excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the activities of senior managers and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversees business functions, including project plans, budgets, and work breakdown structures
• Establishes short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within set schedules and budgets

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fifteen or more years of related experience, with ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Experience in the company's business environment and relevant concepts, practices, and procedures
• Understanding of the management implications of various forms of financial data
