Director of Technology

Job Summary

To support a growing Salesforce implementation practice, the fully remote VP / Director of Technology will serve as the top architectural authority for data, AI, and integration, ensuring solution integrity and establishing practice standards while mentoring junior architects.

Key responsibilities

• Render credible, vendor-neutral recommendations for data, AI, and integration solutions while engaging with clients' technology leadership
• Provide deep technical support for client services engagements and product features, ensuring sound and scalable architectural designs
• Establish tooling standards and reference architectures to enhance delivery processes and accelerate AI integration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, data engineering/architecture, or integration architecture
• Direct experience architecting on or around the Salesforce platform is strongly preferred
• Exceptional ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both executive and technical audiences
• Proven success in a fully remote work environment, contributing to an engaging remote culture
• Relevant certifications are valued but secondary to demonstrated architectural judgment
