Director of Technology

Job Summary

To shape the future of technology in mental healthcare, the full-time remote Director of Technology will lead the engineering organization, drive technology strategy, oversee cybersecurity and IT operations, and develop innovative AI-powered solutions to enhance patient care and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap while managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering team, ensuring best practices in software development and security
• Drive product innovation by partnering with business leaders to transform ideas into impactful technology solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in a leadership role such as Director of Technology or similar
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health environments
• Proficiency in modern web application frameworks, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to inspire technical teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with AI technologies and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare
