Job Summary

Driving enterprise-scale initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Technology will oversee technology strategy and delivery for core banking systems, focusing on platform modernization and agile practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and priorities
• Lead engineering efforts and oversee delivery execution for core banking initiatives
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of performance and continuous growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role managing technology teams
• At least 8 years of information technology experience with expertise in application design
• Domain experience with core banking or financial products
• Experience building technology platforms and driving end-to-end delivery
