Director of Technology Alliances
Job Summary
Owning the OEM alliance strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Technology Alliances will manage partnerships with server and systems vendors to build validated AI infrastructure designs, drive integrations with ISVs, and develop co-sell motions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the OEM alliance strategy, including executive alignment, program agreements, and business reviews
- Build and manage the ISV portfolio, prioritizing integrations that align with business objectives
- Design and implement co-sell motions to maximize the value of integrations and connect opportunities to sales teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology alliances, OEM or ISV partnerships, with a proven track record of driving partner-influenced revenue
- Demonstrated experience embedding products in OEM stacks and navigating complex organizations
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, including Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
- Ability to construct commercial agreements, including pricing models and support structures
- Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
