Job Summary
Leading a team of technical professionals, the remote Director of Technology Applications will oversee the development and maintenance of applications supporting Wholesale S&OP, Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment operations while ensuring project delivery and operational support align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and operation of application systems, ensuring alignment with overall system objectives
- Establish departmental goals and operating procedures to enhance system stability and project delivery
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify technology gaps and formulate a strategic technology roadmap
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program/project management experience in a technology environment
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise applications related to supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Experience in managing project and departmental budgets
