Job Summary

To support a bold digital transformation, the full-time remote Director of Technology - CIAM will manage the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Fraud technology, ensuring secure customer onboarding and transactions while leading cross-functional teams to meet stringent security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technology roadmap for CIAM and Fraud capabilities, focusing on digital onboarding, authentication, and servicing journeys
  • Lead multiple technology pods to ensure predictable delivery aligned with business outcomes and maintain high availability and low latency for digital channels
  • Balance customer experience with robust fraud controls and ensure compliance with banking regulations and operational resilience expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
  • 10 years of technology leadership experience within banking or regulated financial services
  • Proven experience with digital identity and/or fraud platforms supporting high-volume customer journeys
  • Experience leading multiple agile pods delivering customer-facing technology
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, operational risk, and security controls
