Job Summary
Focusing on advancing artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, the full-time remote Director of Technology Innovation will build cross-functional strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and business outcomes while partnering with service line leaders to implement innovative technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the evaluation, development, and implementation of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Optimize processes and automate operations to achieve cost savings, improved quality, and a better employee experience
- Establish AI governance and compliance frameworks in collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and business leaders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology innovation, operational excellence, or digital transformation
- Hands-on experience in driving AI strategy and implementing AI technologies within an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
