Director of Technology Labs Standards

Job Summary

To lead the development and governance of operational standards for technology labs, the full-time remote Director of Technology Labs Standards will manage the creation of playbooks and assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices across JLL's global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the authoritative O&M playbook for tech labs, cleanrooms, and critical research environments
• Run structured due-diligence engagements to identify gaps in current operating models and ensure adherence to standards
• Own the assurance program for tech labs, extending existing client assurance frameworks with specific criteria

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in critical environment, tech lab, engineering, or standards/compliance leadership
• Proven track record of writing and maintaining operational standards or SOPs for field use
• Experience in designing and implementing assurance or compliance programs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
• Deep technical knowledge of critical environment systems, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC disciplines
