Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals and cybersecurity standards
• Standardize service delivery processes and oversee continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor the technical team while ensuring high-quality client service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in IT, MSP, or technology services
• Prior leadership experience in an MSP or services-based IT organization
• Strong background in Microsoft ecosystems and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to scale teams and improve operational maturity
• Strategic thinker with a structured and process-driven approach
