Director of Technology Portfolio

Job Summary

Leading portfolio operations for a multi-year enterprise technology investment portfolio, the remote Director of Technology Portfolio will manage governance routines, investment readiness, and executive decision support while collaborating across Technology, Finance, and business leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio operations including governance routines, investment intake, and decision support
• Guide investment candidate readiness by clarifying strategic value, funding needs, and stakeholder alignment
• Develop executive-ready materials and recommendations for portfolio updates and decision packages

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio operations, enterprise program management, or investment governance
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with enterprise technology portfolios or transformation programs
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership through investment governance and strategic planning
• Experience synthesizing financial and operational inputs into executive-ready materials for VP-level audiences
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis and investment prioritization
