Director of Technology Program Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-priority transformation initiative, the full-time remote Director of Technology Program Management will drive the rearchitecting of software development processes, manage cross-functional program delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery roadmap for organizational and engineering transformation initiatives
• Drive weekly program management cadence, resolving roadblocks and managing dependencies across workstreams
• Prepare and facilitate executive Steering Group updates, translating program complexities into clear status and decisions

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in program or portfolio management, particularly in large-scale technology transformations
• Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with significant organizational change components
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging with senior leadership stakeholders
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevOps
• Hands-on expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement within large engineering organizations
