Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technology Programs & Operations - GenAI and Cloud Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical program managers and scrum masters supporting SDLC and tech programs
- Design program plans and oversee working teams for strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Partner with senior leaders to support platform adoption and align technology delivery across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading tech or business transformation programs across multiple teams
- Deep experience with Agile software development at scale
- Experience engaging with technical experts and senior business leaders
- Familiarity with cloud technology, particularly AWS, and AI/ML capabilities is strongly preferred
