Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology Risk Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance an IT risk assurance and controls testing program
• Oversee IT compliance efforts and coordinate SOX activities
• Lead risk assurance reporting and develop key risk indicators for senior leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in IT risk management and SOX compliance, with 8+ years in management
• Proven leadership in managing IT risk assurance programs and regulatory audits
• Deep expertise in IT General Controls and automated control testing methodologies
• Relevant professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are strongly preferred
