Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Development and QA teams, including hiring key technical roles
• Define and implement a consistent Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and adopt Agile practices
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure secure product delivery and enforce secure development practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on software development teams
• Proven track record in managing technical and QA teams in agile environments
• Hands-on experience with SDLC processes and DevOps practices at scale
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and HIPAA
