Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology Services responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the IT function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and contract relationships, including lifecycle management and service delivery
• Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring effective support workflows and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Lead and develop IT support staff while tracking operational KPIs and implementing governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations or technology services leadership
• Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, or outsourced IT partners
• Strong background in helpdesk operations and service delivery
• Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
• Financial acumen and vendor negotiation skills
