Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of technology infrastructure, the full-time Director of Technology Solutions will manage IT systems, oversee technical teams, and ensure the security and scalability of enterprise applications in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic and operational direction of IT infrastructure, software development, and data systems
- Translate business needs into scoped technical solutions, investment strategies, and implementation plans
- Directly manage and develop IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise application architecture, particularly with .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong judgment in setting direction and building trust with subject-matter experts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
