Director of Technology Strategy
Job Summary
Strategically navigating between high-level objectives and operational execution, the full-time Director of Technology Strategy will partner with the CTO and leadership team to translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps while optimizing core business rhythms and implementing AI-driven workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and informed investment decisions
- Own and optimize core CTO business rhythms, implementing AI-driven tools for data consolidation and reporting
- Architect a consolidated view of Central Technology performance and oversee operational health and cloud investments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations within large-scale technology environments
- Proven track record of partnering with C-level and senior leaders to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional strategic, financial, and analytical judgment with experience in structured frameworks
- Deep financial acumen, including technology budget management and cloud/infrastructure economics
- Experience using modern AI tools to automate workflows and produce executive briefings
