Director of Telecommunications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Telecommunications to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide telecommunication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year telecommunications and contact center strategy
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise voice infrastructure and manage a team of telecom engineers
• Lead the design and implementation of next-generation contact center solutions to enhance patient access and member services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications or IT infrastructure, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong experience managing RingCentral, Avaya, or Cisco voice platforms in a complex, multi-site environment
• Demonstrated success leading contact center strategy and operations
• Experience integrating voice platforms with EHR and CRM systems
