Director of Threat Detection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead engineering efforts in building scalable threat detection and security analytics platforms
• Develop automated pipelines for deploying and managing threat detection and security analytics platform infrastructure
• Collaborate with various security teams to ensure complete and accurate telemetry is available and appropriately enriched

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in threat detection
• Demonstrable experience in designing and managing SIEM and/or XDR implementations
• Experience managing a team of security engineers
• Experience implementing threat detection capabilities across cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience delivering detection capabilities specific to insider threat identification and monitoring use cases
