Director of Threat Modeling

Job Summary

Driving the strategic vision and technical execution of security engineering, the full-time remote Director of Threat Modeling will manage the lifecycle of internal security software, implement advanced automated security solutions, and optimize threat detection and incident response processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise strategies for log management and AI-driven automation to enhance threat detection
• Lead the development and orchestration of automated workflows and response scripts to streamline threat detection
• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for enterprise vulnerability management and insider threat detection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (10+ years in Cybersecurity)
• Strong background in cybersecurity domains, including Incident Response and Cybersecurity Program Management
• Experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and conducting incident response across various environments
• Proficiency in leading the lifecycle of security software and automated workflows
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and large-scale incident response management
