Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, TMS Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Transportation Management System (TMS), focusing on parcel, LTL freight, and AI integration
• Lead product development for parcel shipping and freight TMS, enhancing capabilities and ensuring operational efficiency
• Manage external relationships with TMS providers and carriers, while overseeing the product team focused on TMS and parcel services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain products
• Deep practical experience with transportation management systems and parcel carrier operations
• Strong knowledge of LTL freight operations and parcel auditing processes
• Experience managing external technology vendors and integration partners
• Proven ability to lead product teams in a fast-paced environment
