Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Total Access Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders and conduct regular meetings to discuss program performance
  • Monitor financial performance of Total Access programs and develop action plans for underperforming accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and publishers to enhance program outcomes and address pricing challenges


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced capability in developing presentations using PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
