Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Total Access Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders and conduct regular meetings to discuss program performance
- Monitor financial performance of Total Access programs and develop action plans for underperforming accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams and publishers to enhance program outcomes and address pricing challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an operational or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced capability in developing presentations using PowerPoint
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
