Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Head of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of compensation programs and salary structures
  • Manage the administration of benefits programs in partnership with external brokers
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and lead the Total Rewards team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Eight or more years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits roles
  • Two or more years of managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of benefit regulations and program design
  • Advanced command of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint
