  • Develop job architecture framework and maintain pay grades to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant job experience in compensation and benefits
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Total Rewards team in a dynamic organization
  • Substantial knowledge of benefits and compensation practices
  • Experience with HRIS implementation preferred
