- Develop job architecture framework and maintain pay grades to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant job experience in compensation and benefits
- 5+ years of experience leading a Total Rewards team in a dynamic organization
- Substantial knowledge of benefits and compensation practices
- Experience with HRIS implementation preferred
